What Happens After I Pay?

1. When you join right now, you'll be given full access to all FightGecko Programs, Future Programs, and our Private Community. You will be given specific instructions to follow.
2. You will first begin with the Fighterbody Masterclass, a 10 week Fitness, Fatloss, and Muay Thai Program.
3. Fighterbody begins with the Warrior's Mindset Training. This establishes the mental framework and daily processes you must stick to for success.
4.You will receive your Nutrition Plan and Performance Tracker. You will use these every day and build incredible momentum.
5. Fighterbody Training begins. No need for a gym/equipment, or any experience. You'll perform hardcore bodyweight workouts that you can do in under 20min per day. Minimum 3 times per week.
6. After 1-2 weeks you'll see physical progress. But when the initial excitement wears off, the community is there to pick you up.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will this be too difficult for me?

The best part about the FightGecko Combat Club is that you could start with absolutely no fitness or fighting experience. We will literally take you step by step as you progress in your journey as an athlete.

Training will be hard.

You will not always push yourself to your limit.

There will be moments you don't want to train.

There will be moments that you question why this is even important to you.

But throughout your journey, you have a whole team guiding you and pushing you forward.

There will be a point where you never look back.

You will realize that you can't afford to be weak because everything in your life depends on you being in control of your body and mind.

When this transformation happens, you will never accept anything but the best in every area of your life. And you will become worthy of demanding the best, because you always strive to be your best.

What equipment do I need access to?

For most of our programs, you'll just need your phone or a laptop so you can follow along as you perform your training.

You can supplement your training using equipment like a boxing bag, or working together with a partner. But this is not necessary.

OF COURSE it's great to have something like a punching bag. But, before you go on to hitting objects or people, we recommend you do a lot of repetitions of each technique area by shadow boxing. Starting with shadow boxing will get you comfortable with the movements and will help prevent injury. THEN you could practice with a bag or training partner. 

What is the diet that I will need to follow?

The full diet plan is discussed in detail within the nutrition guide. The diet consists of managing the amount you eat in terms of calories and protein based on your specific body weight. You can still eat your favorite foods and follow personal dietary restrictions.

How quickly will I see fat loss and muscle gain results?

Realistically by week 2 you should already notice fat loss improvements. By week 3 you will definitely notice strength improvements. Each week, results will be increasingly more noticeable.

You absolutely must take a "Before Picture" right when you start because you won't even believe you were the same person.

How is this different from the other training programs I’ve tried?

Long hours in the gym, on a tread mill, or a bike wont get you to lose fat.

Restrictive diets aren't good at cutting fat or building muscle.

The worst part is, as soon as you stop trendy diets, you'll instantly gain back any fat you lost.

FightGecko is about educating you on how to naturally work with your body to burn fat and build muscle even with minimum time spent training.

Our aim is that by educating you on how your body actually works you will just want to use your body correctly, making your healthy state permanent.

Why does this work? Well, Imagine being really good at something then still choosing to do it incorrectly. Makes no sense.

Once you know how to control of your body and mind, you can't "un-learn" it.

Why should I spend money on your program when there is so much free information online?

You will begin by completing the Fighterbody Masterclass where you will lose weight, build muscle, and learn Muay Thai.
